Mr. Tauqeer possesses an inspirational career journey, starting as Product Manager and becoming Managing Director of SANTE Pharmaceuticals in 2004.
He has been successfully leading commercial roles including General Management, Product/Brand management, Sales management, business development, distribution management, market intelligence/research, market access & PR, Third party Production management & building a new manufacturing plant in line with cGMP guidelines. Expertise in Strategic planning, Local & International Product launches including pre-marketing and post launch & life cycle management of ethical, OTC & generic pharmaceutical products across a broad range of therapeutic areas.
Expertise in managing organizational restructuring, particularly sales & marketing set up, building cross functional teams, ensuring to develop a healthy, professional, dynamic, open, ethical and conducive culture & environment of the organization with extensive focus on the organization values.
